Our Beginning/ContinuingYoga classes introduce you to the Pierce Yoga Program. Beginning with simple movements, we build to a vigorous, balanced, stretching, strengthening, relaxing and energizing program. Learn at your own pace as we adapt exercises to your individual needs.

 

All Beginning/Continuing Yoga classes are one hour and thirty minutes long.
