Postpartum Series

Postpartum Series Starting as early as three weeks postpartum, this series teaches you special exercises and breathing to reclaim your body and mind. Bring your babies until they become mobile! (You may make up any missed classes in any of the other regular yoga classes during the series, but without bringing your baby.) Our postpartum classes encourage women to bond, breastfeed and nurtue their newborns while doing gentle yoga breathing and excercises. All Postpartum classes are one hour and thirty minutes long. |
