Postpartum Series

Starting as early as three weeks postpartum, this series teaches you special exercises and breathing to reclaim your body and mind.  Bring your babies until they become mobile!  (You may make up any missed classes in any of the other regular yoga classes during the series, but without bringing your baby.)

All Postpartum classes are one hour and thirty minutes long.
