Pregnancy Series

Developed specifically for women at any stage of pregnancy. Increase your strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. Learn to focus your mind during pregnancy, labor and recovery. We discuss many aspects of childbearing – such as how to minimize the discomforts of pregnancy, emotional changes and fears, as well as labor, delivery and postpartum issues. The sooner in your pregnancy you begin these classes, the greater your benefit.

All Pregnancy classes are one hour and forty five minutes long.

A little more on our Pregnancy Program:

In 1980, Margaret Pierce, co-author of Yoga for Your Life, began teaching a form of exercise specifically geared to pregnant women. She developed much of the Pregnancy Program from her extensive study of yoga, pregnancy and childbirth, as well as her own experience as a mother of two. The Program has enjoyed great success and has continued to grow with a caring, knowledgeable and extensively trained teaching staff.


Our goals are to ease both the emotional and physical stresses of your pregnancy, and to give you the mental and physical tools to carry you through your pregnancy, labor, delivery and recovery. Understanding the process of pregnancy encourages a self-confidence that is extremely gratifying. For over three decades the Pierce Pregnancy Program has helped to make pregnancy the enriching, enjoyable and rewarding experience it deserves to be.
