Yoga W/Free Weights

Add meditative strength training to your yoga practice! Classes begin and end with15 to 25 minutes of yoga. Between this, we use 1# – 25# weights, balance boards and ankle weights for upper and lower body strength. Weintersperse the weights poses with active yoga.

All Yoga W/Free Weights classes are one hour and thirty minutes long.
