Our yoga classes are taught in the two story studio at the end of the driveway behind the office building and where the Pregnancy Massage Center is located. Check the white board outside the downstairs studio to see which studio is holding your class.

Parking:

We do not have a parking lot. There are 3 spaces in front of our building and if open, you may park there. You may park in the parking lot of Grace Lutheran Church, across the street.  You may also park on the side streets. BE CAREFUL CROSSING THE STREET - IT IS VERY BUSY. You may NOT park in the parking lot BEHIND the El Taco Restaurant and the Post Office, located on the corner of N. Highland and Amsterdam. The lot is monitored -fair warning! They boot and tow.

Your First Class:

Please come your first class 10 to 15 minutes early as your teacher will have you fill out an intake form and conduct a short interview with you. Please let us know if you must miss your first class. The first 2 classes are very similar, so if you miss your first class, starting in the second class will not be a problem.
